You must pay an initial application deposit of $500 to apply for this retreat experience. Once your application deposit has been received, you will receive a link to complete the application form. You must complete the application form within 48 hours following receipt of your deposit. We reserve the right to approve or deny your application for any or no reason, as determined by us in our sole and absolute discretion.
Upon approval of your application, we will connect you with Ales Struna, Director of custom travel experiences with Journeys of the Spirit Travel Company. Your booking is not confirmed until he receives your down payment of $1500, all forms have been signed, and a payment plan implemented. If we do not approve your application, we will refund your $500 deposit, or you may apply it to a future travel experience.
If you pay the $500 deposit and decide not to participate, we will refund your deposit if you let us know within 48 hours.
Once your booking is confirmed with Ales our cancellation policy for the retreat is as follows:
RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellation will result in a total loss of $2000 USD ($500 application fee plus $1500 initial deposit). Cancellations made between July 1st, 2025 and March 31st, 2026 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price. Any cancellation made between April 1st, 2026 and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum. (If we do so, you will be refunded in full.)
Medical & Trip Cancellation Insurance is REQUIRED for this journey. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options or contact Ales Struna at [email protected]. If we find that the trip is not a good fit for you, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, in which case your payments will be fully refunded.
PHOTO & VIDEO PERMITTED
You authorize the use of pictures, video, and audio of you for the sole purpose of testimonials, advertising, retreat content, or marketing related to the Retreats, Programs, or Coaching provided by Aligned Adventures. Only staff or contractors hired by Aligned Adventures will have access to any photos, video, or audio obtained or provided and will be kept as long as they are deemed relevant by Aligned Adventures LLC after which time will be deleted or archived.
